Shipping Policy

Your stylish Arty Bakes Box, whether it be filled with sumptuous treats or a delicious Cake, will be packed as carefully as possible and shipped the next working day if ordered before 1pm. If ordered after 1pm, your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days. If ordering a single-layered Arty Bakes Box, it is best to choose First Class Royal Mail Delivery (1-2 day service) as this neat little box will be posted straight through the letter box! If you have ordered something larger like the double layered Arty Bakes Box or a cake, it would be best to opt for 1st Class Royal Mail- signed for, to ensure the parcel is not left outdoors and susceptible to damage. If the receiver is not home, they will be left with a notification to collect their parcel from the nearest collection point. If you have ordered a cake/larger order which weighs over 2kg, there is an option to save a little by choosing DPD (1-2 day service). Please note that although most orders will arrive within 1-2 days, there is no guarantee of this and there may be unexpected delays. The cost of shipping corresponds to the weight of your order.

If you choose Royal Mail, prices are as follows:-

Parcels <1 kg cost £5

Parcels 1-2 kg cost £7

Parcels 2-3 kg cost £17

Parcels 3-4 kg cost £24

Parcels >4kg cost £36

If you choose DPD, prices are as follows:-

Parcels up to 5kg cost £11

The neat and secure, white, cardboard postal boxes come with the Arty Bakes signature splash of colour, a pen & ink, hand-written postal address, Arty Bakes & Nutty Ideas Logo and include a business card should you wish to browse the website or contact me, Emma Trenchard with any queries!

Inside the box, a hand-written label describes what goodies you are about to indulge in and includes your personal message (if you asked for one).
